Radek Pálka has been in advertising since 1994 when he got his start as a media planner at Mark BBDO. He gained experience at Leo Burnett and Universal McCann, as well as from the client side – at Pilsner Urquell, where he was a media manager. For several years, he has directed the media agency OMD.
