Jaroslav Cír is a pioneer in online research and crowdsourcing in the Czech Republic. He gained his basic experience in this area in London, where he worked for five years as Global Consumer and Market Insight Director for Unilever’s Rexona brand. In his work, he uses and develops methods of customer participation (i.e. all of us) at all levels of marketing processes from research to product development to advertising campaigns.
